MA State Championship Lunch Order Form
Each box lunch comes with the following: 1/2 sub, (1) bottle of water, potato chips, and a 2-pak ‘ultimate chocolate chip’ cookie. All subs come on plain white roll. There is a GF roll option if needed, please mark where indicated
Cost: $11 per lunch
