7:30: Volunteers [Only] Arrive
9:00: Doors Open for Team Check In; Teams should enter directly into the cafeteria on the Webster street side of the building. There is a bus loop where students can be dropped off. The cafeteria is closer to the end of the loop. One (1) team mentor should check in at the Check In Desk
9:15–11:00: Meetings, Workshops, BTI intern projects displays. Teams’ complete BINGO card for Giveaway Drawing.
11:00: Teams move to Auditorium
11:15: Guest Speaker and Q&A /BTI Season Welcome*
12:00: Game Reveal. FIRST animation video/live field reveal followed by Power Play Game Q&A. Teams will be invited down to visit the field on a rotating basis as auditorium stage cannot accommodate all teams at once.
12:45: Event Concludes

Face Masks – All attendees are asked to bring a Face Mask to the event. Depending on COVID conditions at the time of the event, as well as Needham High School’s District policies, it may become a requirement to wear them at the event.
