The Andover Robotics Club is proud to host the first Girls in Engineering and Robotics Symposium (GEARS) on October 1st, 2022 at Andover High School, open to all FTC participants in gender minorities. This event gives the girls of FTC teams an opportunity to meet, network, and learn. The Cambridge Science Festival Robot Zoo is returning in 2022 with a date of Sunday, October 9th.  The Brainstormers and several MA FIRST Tech Challenge(FTC) teams will be demonstrating their robots using the Freight Frenzy game.  This has been a really fun event in the past – both to run robots again on the game field and collaborate, and to show the public what FTC is all about.  Our group is usually the most visited part of the Robot Zoo with about 10,000 people coming through!  See full details on the event at:  https://cambridgesciencefestival.org/
